Round Table Top Glass

Tempered round table top glass is a type of glass that has been treated with a special heating and cooling process to increase its strength and durability. Tempered glass is about four times stronger than regular glass and is much less likely to break or shatter under stress.

During the tempering process, the glass is heated to a high temperature and then rapidly cooled using jets of air. This process creates a state of high compression on the surface of the glass, while the interior remains in a state of tension. This compression-tension balance gives tempered glass its increased strength and resistance to impact.
