How your order moves from drawing to Packed Up?
Step 01 Order & Drawing Confirmation
Confirm the Glass Specifications,drawing, use conditions, and all technical details before production; Design the packing details as per glass types, quantity and shipping destination.
Step 02 Glass Cutting
Select the qualified Substrate Glass Types, then Cut standard Glass sheet into required dimensions accurately.
Step 03 Edge Processing
Cleaning the cut-into Glass pieces, then Grinding and polishing edges totally as per the requirements for safety.
Step 04 Quality Inspection&Cleaning
Inspection The defects after Edging One by One under High lighting Conditions, Then Clean the Glass surface automatically for the next step of processing.
Step 05 Printing, Coating for surface or Safety processing
If needed, the glass part then goes through Frosting by Laser or silk-screen printing for the colored surface.
For safety requirements, will proceed the tempering or lamination by advanced lines.
For special industry optical or energy saving function, glass will pass the Coating procedures to achieve.
Step 06 Strict Quality Inspection &cleaning
Full inspection for dimension, appearance ,defects and performance.
